Will P012B code cause my vehicle to go into Limp mode when I reach 3000rpm?

I have a 2018 Nissan Frontier NP300 2.5 (Diesel)
60 000km on the clock
Code it displays : P012B
it keeps going into limp mode when i reach 3000rpm
we replaced the following:
Solenoid Control Valve on pump
Pressure Release Valve

What do i need to do to fix this problem?

Vehicle: 2018 Nissan Frontier, NP300 Diesel, 2.5l
