my car goes into creep mode (sleep) while im driving why?

I have a 2002 nissan altima 2.5 5 speed manual trans I have put a new ecm in my car I had it programed (ecm) at nissan i\'m gettin obdII code p1128 while i\'m driving my car goes into sleep mode or creep.

seems like the throttle body looses connection, might be a bad throttle body or harness
