2001 Nissan Max. a/t tran. intermit. will not shift while driving.RPM inc. but acts like goes into neutral

Have changed vehicle speed sensor, serviced transmissoin.  Only codes displayed was the vehicle speed sensor, but changing did not fix the problem

It's a common problem with the 01 Maxima. Unfortunately you may have to replaced the transmission valve body to fix the problem. Before replacing any parts have a transmission tech specialist inspect the transmission since you may have already damage other transmission internal parts.
