Hello! I have a 3.3l v6 2002 nissan extrra. She has had her cam shaft and her crankshaft sensor replaced. We cleared the codes and we know we have a good sensor put in. After clearing the codes and trying to get ger started we are having the same problem and the same code comes up. She wants to start and turns over but runs horribly! She shakes and rattles and just shuts down after a few second. She is getting gas but she just wont stay running. I was told it might be a magnetic disc that works with the crankshaft postioning sensor but i cant find it anywhere online. Does anyone know what this magnetic disc is called? Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the same PO335 code even tho we know our crankshaft postioning sensor is good?

Hi there

The crank sensor reads the teeth on the flywheel. It becomes a magnet by being powered up by  the computer. Most of the time this is the result of a bad distributor,, or an issue with the timing belt.

Heres a list of other possible causes.
