Gear shift problem from 1-2

When I start the car the gear shifting is good after I drive 500 miters show me the check engine light and the gear shifting from 1gear its take long time to shift another gear and the second gear same after 3rd gear it's good...

Vehicle: Honda Accord 2004vtic 2.4
