P0122 Ford -no passing gear

2007 focus,I'm experiencing a no passing gear situation,if I manually put it in second gear its fine ,could this code be my problem

Yes this code is related to the passing gear, what happens when you set this code ,it gives you a limited power Correct P0122 condition.
