Is the P0430 and the P0420 the same thing?

Question

I had the P0420 code come up and it was there for a long time then i used the Cataclean twice, Because the first time it didn't work. So i bought another bottle and now the P0430 came up. Are those 2 codes the same thing? Did the cataclean work and now its something else? Shortly after i used the second bottle of cataclean the light went off for at least 2 days then came on again. Could it now be a O2 sensor now? or something other then that? Thank you,

These codes are both catalytic converter codes, but one is for bank 1 and the other is for bank 2. Sometimes these codes can be caused by a faulty rear O2 sensor. But that would be unusual on both banks. Here is some more info for you.
