Check engine light. P0420 and P0430 cat, pulled both, inspected both. No heat or integrity problems. Both look OK. Boiled in water and detergent. Only saw tiny carbon particles after backflushing converters. Reinstalled on the vehicle. After startup, codes PO430, P0031, and P1148 showed up on the scan tool. Drove approximately 30 miles. P0031 and P0430 cleared, however, P1148 remained with the check engine light on.

Any suggestions?
Thank You.
