Engine sometimes stalls at idle. No engine codes, points to IAC valve. Looks like a simple part to replace -- if I can get to it.

There is no IAC valve on your vehicle, the idle is controlled by the throttle body. If there are no codes, then you could start by cleaning the throttle body plate. Make sure you disconnect the car battery and the throttle body when you clean the throttle body plate.

That would explain why I couldn't find it!  Thanks!
Strange, tho, that Partsgeek.com and other sites claim to have this part for a 2009 Mountaineer.
