saab stalls at idle and has a p1171 code

Question

I've got a p1171 code on my 1999 saab 9-3 convertible but I can't get a clear answer on what it means. The car frequently stalls at idle.

P1171 Closed loop

P1171 can be cause by false air leak or even vacuum leaks especially at the MAP (manifold air pressure) if you have a known working one subsitutue it, Have the fuel pressure check also the pressure should be about 43 psi,
