my honda accord transmission does not shift from 2nd to 3rd gear

consumes too much petrol and the gear does not shift from 2nd to 3rd or 4th.

but the car runs good

i got it computer tested it gives me a code p0135 s1

what is the xact problem? do i need to replaced transmission?

HI there, 

First, the code is for the heater circuit on the front O2 sensor and hasn't got anything to do with the transmission. As for the transmission, you will need to get the stored code from the transmission control module for us to help. It is possible you just need a shift solenoid, I would also advise you check the transmission fluid.
