2003 f250 60 wont start

Question

2003 f250 60 just did a cab off head job put are studs it ran greater a few test drives then started to miss and now won't start got codes that 3 4 5 7. Glow plugs circuit open and p2552 Throttle /fuel inhibit circuit it doesn't seem to get power to the injectors I had a friend put a scan on it he ran a buzz test that past even though the injectors didn't click anyone got any ideas
