after changing my camshaft sensor, in still reading the same same error code, why?

2003 Nissan Sentra GXE, I changed the camshaft sensor but I'm still getting an error code for the same problem. Still experiencing the same problems.

What I see a lot is issues with aftermarket parts, so I would start by using a part from the dealer. If you did, then it could indicate an issue with the wiring or a problem with the mechanical timing being off.
