Hi there

In most cases when you have a single cylinder misfire like this, it's the result of a bad ignition coil. You can also check for vacuum leaks along the intake manifold as well. I would check the plug and move the coil to the cylinder next to #1 and see if the misfire moves with it. If it does, replace the coil.
