P0300 electrical connection fault repair

After getting this OBDII scan code, I changed my coil, plug,and still don't have the fault cleared. When an electrical technician troubleshoot, he discovered the coil connector is not producing electrical signal as expected. How do we fix this? Thanks

Vehicle: 2000, Nissan, Pathfinder, 3.5L
