Cranks but no start. Just replaced the ICP, FICM & both batteries. Now it's registering no codes but the yellow light marked with a ? On my OBD11 shows an b1676 code. Changed the ABS fuse but still no start & sAme code under yellow light.

Vehicle: 2003 Ford F550 Super Duty diesel 6.0 engine

This code has nothing to do with the no start, as for codes, you already disconnected the battery, You are going to have to use the scan tool data stream, When you crank the vehicle to start the RPM has to be above 250 RPM which comes from the crank sensor (CKP) if it is not going over 250 RPM there will be a no start situation. If you are going over 250 RPM cycle the key use the fuel pressure tester shrader valve press it down and check that you have fuel streaming out with no air bubbles.When the engine does start make sure the FICM gets programmed for the vehicle parameters
