Is there a different name for the swire valve control valve solenoid valve when calling AutoZone or O'Reilly's because they don't seem to know what I'm talking about

The swirl valve is a dealer part only. This is why part stores won't know what this is. You may want to check your wiring, as this is also a cause for this code.
