What would the code U0104 mean for a 2008 Dodge Viper?

Question

What would the code U0140 mean for a 2008 Dodge Viper. Note that when I lift my foot off the gas pedal, the idle will overrun of about 150 rpm for a second or two and than will drop down to its normal rpm. Is it related to the U0140 code?
The only modification made to the motor is an installtion of K&N air filters.

For this code you would have to check to see if any active "P" code are stored. As for installing a K&N filter if you have 2 filter installed, this may just be the cause, The original air filter box is designed to create a vortex so the air will shoot in. the high intake air filter does nothing, it just chatter.
