2006 ford explorer 4.0 2wd. Where is the BCM located? I'm getting a OBDII code of u0140.
Has any other users of Auto Codes experienced this problem?
The vehicle intermittently will not start. It is like you're trying to start it while its in drive or reverse. Batt, starter good. No voltage drop when the key is turned when this malfunction occurs. After several minutes trying to start it, it will start and runs good for a week or so.
Thanks

Hi there,

This code points towards a problem with the body control module, possibly caused by faulty wiring. Here is some more info for you.
