U0140 Ford - all warning lights come on !

Question

What is the possible cause for this fault codes?

U0140 Lost communication with body control module
U0151 lost communication with restraints control module
U0121 lost communication with anti-lock brake system (abs) control module
B1 0D7 PAT(passive anti theft system) key
U0002 high speed can (Controller Area Network )communication bus
U0155 lost communication with instrument panel cluster control module
P1000 on-board-diagnostic (obd) systems set-up tests not complete
P1260 engine disabled by PATS
p1602 immobilizer module-pcm communication

Vehicle theft light flashes quickly sometime while driving all warning lights come on, and no-start can happen multiple times a day to once a week.

The only code that has to be focus on is P1260 this would be a power or ground issue , more than anything it is a faulty ground , under the center console is a ground listed as G200 this a power ground if that ground is insufficient you will set a p1260 as well as the anti theft and body codes
