2004 envoy wont start

rpms fluctuated at idle when first started yesterday, then went back to normal. now cranks but wont start, reduced engine power light is on , codes coming up from scan are P1516 and P1515. Purge at fuel filter has pressure but no fuel at the bleeder by the engine... any ideas what would cause this and how to fix it?

No fuel pressure at the bleeder , then you have a fuel problem, even though you set a P1515 and a P1516 the engine will start, you would have a reduce engine power, but it would start. Change out the fuel filter, it a easy access, if you want to check it take it out blow thru that will tell if there is restriction.
