How do I diagnose cause of numerous codes

Question

After scanning at auto parts store codes p0013..p0101..p0171..p0300..p0420..p0496..and p0641 came up on scanner. Told check5 volt reference first. How do I do this at home. Is my gf car and is 6months prego.please help.

P0013 Exhaust camshaft position (CMP) actuator solenoid control circuit

P0101 MAF sensor performance

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

P0300 Random misfire

P0420 Catalyst below threshold

P0496 Evaporative emission system flow during non purge

P0641 5 volts reference 1 circuit

In order for a code to set there are condition that has to be met, this would contribute to the code that are set, You have a P0496 this is a EVAP flow for purge when it is not suppose to be there. consider this a vacuum leak as a result the engine will lean out causing a P0171 and in return a lean condition will affect the performance of the MAF sensor a P0101. because this is a 4 cylinder you can expect the fuel trim to be upset and set a P0300.. P0641 and P0013 these are related if the camshaft actuator solenoid is fault and short to ground it would short the 5 volt reffernce. replace the exhaust camshaft actuator solenoid, it advisable you do both, but for the sake of funds just do the one. P0496 is you  the purge control solenoid , you can test to see how much the purge being open is affecting the engine performance by blocking off the purge hose (without breaking the hose) if p0101 and P0171 and P0300 clears replace the purge solenoid. The whole purpose of the CK ENG LT is to protect the catalytic convertor, with all these code you work the catalytic harder than it should so a P0420 sets.
