2000 Honda accord V-6 replaced o2 senor have had all wire checked clean air filter and still have same code what next

When you say hose this has to include the PCV valve and the hose. I would like to say valve adjust would be recommended, But being just Bank 1, The EGR would be suspectable, what happens is the port get plugged and this would lean out one side of the Bank.
