Changed O2 sensor still getting check engine and cruise flashing, what could possibly be wrong?

Was running Lean, code p0171 popped up changed o2 sensor drove for about a day and check engine, traction control and cruise control flashing came back on.

Lean condition then you have a vacuum leak on the intake there is a vacuum hose that has no clamps  it is just inserted on , you can probably hear a slight hissing noise, listen for it facing the engine on the right hand top side, just insert the vacuum hose back on. Make doing this a hobby as this tends to pop out .r
