442nd 456 code

Question

I am looking for a place to look next I have performed 5 smoke test and have replaced all vacuum lines leaking and replaced fuel cap with a factory on and still throwing the same code. Last test smoke coming from filler neck area at the cap could the filler neck be defective? Thanks for any insight
