I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 V6 3.6L with engine codes P219A and P0456, is it the same issue? Both have to do with an EVAP leak. Could they be connected?

It's possible, but highly unlikely that the codes are related. Here are the links to the codes pages with more information for each code. For the P0456 code, the most likely cause of the problem is a loose gas cap.
