Where would i find the security light also the check engine light?

Check engine light on and I put $15 in gas and still won't start right before that all the lights in the warning lights came on and the car lost power while I was driving had to pull off the road it was drifting and now won't come on I jumped the battery and nothing it has no power is the security light the red light in dashboard if so its blinking

Hi there,

This is the security light. If it's not going out when you turn the key on then it's a problem. If the light is going out and the car won't jump start, check the battery cables from the battery to the starter and the transmission. If it's broken then that will prevent the power to the starter. If that's good, then I would check for fuel and spark.If it won't crank at all it could be a starter problem.
