How to fix P0132 COde for 2003 PT cruiser

A month ago I already replace that for low voltage and fix the problem and got wiring issue. Now, I'm not sure what to do

P0132 -  02 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit high voltage

Well you just may have another wiring issue. Voltage high code are disconnection code, where the ECM gives power but there is no voltage drop. or signal voltage. It would be a easy repair if it is just the 02 sensor. reinspect the 02 sensor wires . if there is convolution tubing wraps open it also there a open circuit.
