How do i fix a P0309 code

Question

Car not firing on 2 and 3 - misssing running badly.
New coil plugs wire camshaft sensor new computer

P0309 Misfire cylinder number 9

The Pt cruise does not have more than 5 clinders, If cylinder 2 and 3 has spark the fuel injector needs to be check so does a mechanical condition a compression check will also  need to be done

Comments

No spark on 2 and 3 so not sure what next.
Apparently computer stores misfire as 0309.

Putting another ECM will require the VIN to be reflashed ,and it will result in a no start,
