How do I check the fuel injectors

I have a 2014 Dodge Ram and I am getting the code p219a, I have replaced the plugs and the coil boot and the #5 coil and I am still getting the same code, it is chirping and getting worse

Vehicle: 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.7 hemi
