Why is a sputtering sound coming from my engine?

I coded p219a and also 02 sensor. The car is sputtering. I ran mid grade gas for a week. Putputut noise is coming from the engine. The car back fires on a norm! Is it the 02 sensors or the injectors. Maybe I need a tune! I have a ram air intake. I may have sucked in some rain. Help!

Vehicle: 2010 camaro ss 6.2lt
