Engine light,rattles start, surges at stop and idle

Help.... 2011 Equinox purchased new. Has under 80k miles. Rattles when starts then smooths out. At stop light or sitting surges. Put tuner cleaner in gas per auto teck advise and now engine light on and ran down road and still surges. ALL required maintenance has been followed. Is there a recall for this. HELP!!

Is there any other code such as a camshaft position sensor code? The reason the Equinox has a popular failing component. which set camshaft position codes such as P0010 to P0014. If this is the case the fix here is to replace both camshaft actuator solenoids. Under 80,000 miles , you must hold the world record, it usually 85,000 miles when these go bad.
