If I change fluid and filter and reset computer will this fix the code from setting off again?

I had the code rest by my machanic. It shifted fine I changed fluid and filter. Drove it about 15 miles after rest. About 4 miles after fliud and filter change code started flashing again. Any clues on what I should do?
