Will this code be the cause of my car not starting? (No crank no nothing)

Car keeps not starting when turn key lights come on but that's it. I can unplug battery and it will work sometimes. Only code I get is p2008. Any thoughts?

This code will not cause this problem. The code is for the intake manifold runner. While it could cause some running problems, it would not prevent the engine from cranking.
