will po183 code cause no crank in car?

car had problem taking fuel. the fuel pump was replaced and now the code po183 is coming on. I cleared the lightfor last 3 weeks and now the car stalls and then will no even recrank. I put car in neutral this morning and it started. then it died 5 minutes later and again will not recrank. all lights in car come on odometer reading all lines (like all zeros), and car will not crank, almost as if a dead battery, but its not.

The P0183 code is for the fuel temperature sensor, most likely the sensor itself will not cause the no start situation. The sensor is inside the fuel tank and the problem sounds like a loose or disconnected wire connector at the fuel tank. I suggest start by checking the connectors at the fuel tank.
