So i put the tester on it and it read P0340 so i cleared the code and put a new camshaft sensor in it. I tryed to start it and it wont start it turns over just fine the battery is fully charged and new alternator and so i tested it again and it read the same code P0340 i even tested the starter and it is just fine the car will turn over but wont start any ideas on what to do next

Hi there

I would use a factory cam position sensor, and make sure the harness is connected well and the old O ring came out when you removed the old sensor. If you do this and the car still won't start it's possible there is some kind of mechanical timing issue. It this is the case you will see low compression so do a compression test. If the compression is low, check the timing chain.
