Question

I have replace fuel pump and filter fuel module fuel pressure sensor I don't what else to do unless something is grounding out

P0191 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit /range performance

You would need to do a fuel pressure test. For this engine with the Key on Engine off the fuel pressure should be 35-45 psi, with the engine running it is 28 psi to 45 psi. if you are below specification you set a P0191 as well as being above specification. P0191 this code does not cause you to loose power if you loose power then that it it a fuel problem.

​ Here on this Ford a p0191 was set the problem that was found was that the fuel filter strainer was missing causing debris into the fuel pump and causing the engine to stall out in traffic
