P0191 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit

P0193 is the only code where you have to change the fuel rail pressure sensor . there no use in taking a fuel pressure test when a P0193 is set, P0191 what you have is a fuel pump strainer that gives out,  this would cause low fuel pressure / volume at times , and allows debris into the fuel pump itself .
