2004 Ford Explore V8, replaced fuel rail pressure sensor, the vehicle still will not run. Do I need to reset the computer?

You don't need to reset the computer, but need to check the fuel pressure. You can get this code from a faulty fuel pump. It's possible there is no fuel pressure or low fuel pressure causing the problem.
