Code PO191 03 ford taurus

Question

Please help ... 2003 Ford Taurus Code PO191 we changed fuel pressure sensor,spark plugs,air filter,fuel filter and it starts but wont turn over not sure whats next ???? Bogs outs when pushing the gas can someone tell me what the pressure should be when i go purchase the gauge tomorrow ?? Help !! Greatly appreciated

Hi there

Key on engine off the fuel pressure should run 30-55 psi. Engine running 28-45 psi. If the car won't start it's possible there is low fuel pressure and that would set off the P0191. Bogging is sometimes the result of a faulty mass air flow sensor as well.
