Is it possible your mass air flow sensor goes bad when you clean it?? I cleaned my MAFS when I cleaned out my throttle body and my Pathfinder has not run or idled properly since. I also disconnected my throttle position sensor while doing the above. I tested my TPS and it's fine along with the electrical connections. I am getting codes P0171, P0100, P0120, P0130 and P0150. What baffles me is I replaced the TPS and both oxygen sensors yet the codes still show up on the scan. I tested the MAFS sensor with this video:

- The difference was at the 2:00 mark, my reading was 0.25. WHEN I PUT THE CAR IN 'DRIVE' IN JUMPS AND THE RPM's GO UP! At this point, I really don't know what else to do. Thanks for your time!

When the MAF is faulty no cleaning is going to restore it just that, Try this with the engine running if you blow into the MAF sensor and the engine stall. , you have faulty MAF sensor

Hey Reynaldo, thanks for getting back to me.  So are you saying, taking the sensor out of it's actual case (housing) and blowing directly on the sensor, that way ??

No in the engine with the engine running. the just slightly blow into the MAF if the MAF is good it would beable to compensate for the air being blow into it. .
