P0101:62 Mass Air Flow Sensor 1 has a malfunction the signal comparison is faulty

I have replaced the mass air flow sensor but I cannot clear the dtc I have checked wiring & plug all ok. This is a 2010 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 313 2.1L

This the EGR doing this, when you clear the code , and as the EGR goes slightly open you set a MAF code, the code you have is range performance of the MAF sensor, the EGR causes this

Hello, sorry don't understand what you mean about setting egr. I am testing the may I have ground, 12v supply, 4.67v and the signal is 3.40 when ign on not running stays the same on idel Under revs it goes near 4v. Is this faulty if i replace do I need to code or something, also looks new and engine stays in limp mode when I disconnect it
