Mass Air Flow Sensor

Question

2011 FX35 79000 miles.  
1.    Had Error Codes P0101 and P010B.
2.    Cleaned both MAFS Mass Air Flow Sensors and problem went away for three weeks and came back.
3.    Tried cleaning both MAFS again but no luck.
4.    Purchased new MAFS and installed on bank-A and stated engineer. (Service Engine Light) still on.
5.    Installed new MAFS on bank-B and stated engineer. (Service Engine Light) still on.
6.    The two original MAFS are back in due to the new MAFS didn’t work.

When Both MAF sensor went back to be installed, the intake air volume has to be performed, or this would set a P0101
