2013 Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDI with code show P0234

Hi I have a 2013 Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDI. We are facing a problem with code P0234. When I go's to 80 KMPH then car speed drops and engine check light show in the meter and my car not reach the 110 KMPH. So tell me what I do.
Service engineers told me to change the turbo.
