2008 Jeep Wrangler 2.8L Diesel with engine code P0234

Question

every time I get on the highway the engine light comes on and I loos about 50% of power, I shut down the engine and start it up again and it runs fine but the light is still on untill the next morning when I start it up the light doesnt turn on, I scan the jeep and the error code is always the same (p0234), I know what it means but dont know where to start, and in the city where the flow of air in the manifold is more irregular the engine light never comes on...
