Timing on a nissan

Question

Poo11 was the code it read. Started with the oil change n conditioner. How long before I can tell it helped. It is still running like crap. Can I still drive it running like this and not do more damage? Please help

Hi there

It's very possible the mechanical timing is off if the car is running poorly. You need a scan tool that can read the live data to see if the engine is in time or not. It's possible the timing is off and the damage is already done.
