P1349 VVT (varaible valve timing) System malfunction

P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

P1790 Shift solenoid valve ST circuit malfunction

P1349 can be blockage of the OCV (oil control valve) , and this  would be a hopeful condition, What causes P1349 is the VVT actuator which can cause rough running condition and even stalling. You will not need a timing chain but just the VVT actuator, As for P1790 this is the Shift solenoid ST valve, this solenoid just replace it .
