2002 altima 2.5 has dtc p1574

Question

the car has new speed sensor and trans control module from identical shifting car. as with both original trans module and replacement trans module car will shift only once through all gears then will not shift out of first gear. also trans was replaced with used one. can't see any lose grounds or connections.
