2003 Nissan Altima Sedan with engine code P1574. Where is this located, and how can it be fixed?

The vehicle speed sensor might be dirty so you can remove it and clean it with brake cleaner and test it. that is the most common problem if cleaning it or new sensor does not help, combination meter and ecm will have to be checked.
