I have replaced the spark plug, coil, VVT solenoid and fuel injector and still misfires when idling

Question

#6 spark plug blew out and stripped the threads. I rethreaded and put in a helicoil. It seems to only misfire at idle, around 500rpm

Heli coil repair are great, if the sparkplug on the helicoil is not seated you will  misfire, When the engine is at idle the compression is at its greatest.
